Dear Herriman High School Students,
We're excited to kick off the Herriman High School CupBop Fundraiser! This is a simple way for you to earn money that goes directly into your own account, to be used for fees, travel, and anything else related to your program.
The Card
The CupBop Fundraising Card
The CupBop Fundraising Card is packed with great deals and is valid for one-time use at a participating CupBop location near you. It's an easy sell: buyers get real value at a restaurant they already love, and you earn credit toward your year.

The card is valid at Utah CupBop locations except: UVU, University of Utah, Washington (UT), Spanish Fork (UT). Please mention this to buyers so every card gets used.

Hints for Successful Selling CupBop Cards and the Script CupBop Fundraising Card Brochure CupBop Student Order Form for CustomersThe Student Order Form is your personal tracker. Use it to record every buyer and mark who has paid, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Sell from November 5 to November 30
Great places to start: family, neighbors, friends, and your parents' coworkers. Collect payment at the time of the order and record it on the order form. Let buyers know cards arrive about 1–2 weeks after orders are submitted on November 30.

Complete the Master Order Form
When selling ends, open the Herriman High CupBop Master Order Form. You can fill it in on your computer or print it.
On your phone? Tap to open, then use the Files app (iPhone) or Adobe Acrobat Reader (Android) to fill it in and save. Or fill it in on a computer.
Please complete every field clearly:
- Seller name (first and last)
- Class / group
- Student email and parent name
- Quantity ordered and amount due
- Total cards, total due and total profit
- Seller signature
This is how you get credit, so accuracy matters.

Turn in by Monday, November 30
Turn in your final order to your teacher by Monday, November 30.

Payment and your credit
After all orders are totaled, 100% of the money collected will be submitted to the Herriman High School front office, and your profit will be credited to your account.
Example: you sell 10 cards — 10 × $35.00 submitted to the front office = $350.00; 10 × $10.00 credited to your account = $100.00

Delivery of your CupBop cards
Once all orders are submitted and processed, the CupBop team will pre-pack every order by student and deliver them to Michelle Hanson, who will then distribute them to your class.
Delivery estimate: 1–2 weeks after orders are submitted on November 30.
